Summary

The incumbent will be task to take an active role in research, design, development, testing, and optimization of networked sensor products. Your work will involve various stages of product development, from ideation to volume production, and will require hands-on troubleshooting and experimentation. You will also play a crucial role in product design reviews, documentation, and the creation of automatic test equipment for efficient production processes.

  • Research, design and develop networked sensor products through ideation, theoretical analysis, simulation, enclosure design, PCB design, antenna design, prototyping, experimentation and optimization.
  • Characterize, test and evaluate networked sensor products systematically, and provide clear and logical reports and conclusions.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and tuning of sensor products.
  • Participate in product design reviews and analysis.
  • Design and development of product automatic test equipment for volume production.
  • Documentation and product release for volume production.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master/Ph.D Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic, lab and automation test equipment an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with any of the following is a must:
  • Microwave & RF design with EDA tools (i.e., Keysight Advanced Design Systems, Microwave Office, CST Microwave Studio, PSpice, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mentor Graphics PADs, Altium Designer, LabView) through realization and validation.
  • Sensor/Radar signal processing and algorithm development on MCUs.
  • Meticulous and willing to learn.
  • Enthusiastic with a balanced sense of urgency.
  • Good written and communication skills.
