Work closely with the Church Management Board in developing strategic plans for the implementation of curriculum and enrichment programmes.
Good leadership abilities to lead and mentor a team of teachers and support staff.
Maintain good partnership and communication with parents & stakeholders.
Manage administrative, financial and operational matters in accordance with the pre-school industry regulations.
Academic and Professional Requirements
Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPE-L)
Effectively Bilingual in English and Mandarin as Mandarin is the second language taught in the school
At least 2 years of relevant experience in running a childcare
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Possesses good leadership qualities and good character with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
