Objectives of the Position

• To support manufacturing of products with data input and evaluation and ensure continuous improvement of the lines.
• Be the on-site process owner (Utilities & Process)
• Prepare formulation process documentation for site operation team and conduct process training.
• Lead Process optimization changes, be responsible for MOC (Management of Change) Process and its related documentation.

Main Tasks

• Lead the idea management group to develop a system to collect ideas from all colleagues, to filter and evaluate ideas that focus on safety, cost savings and reducing waste, to develop a reward system for ideas and ensure feedback process.
• Maintain overview of process parameters and process safety information, safety data sheets & be responsible for attaining agreed yields and throughputs, and process problem identification and resolution.
• Achieve continuous process improvement. Introduce process changes (technical changes, new raw materials) and upgrades via own projects or as transferred from other sites.
• Collaboration agricultural production sites globally.
• Maintain mass balance. Provides standard calculation, BOMs - Bill of Materials, recipes to plant logistics / controlling
• Support compliance & reporting related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & other internal guidelines.
• Trouble-shooting production, safety, ecological and quality related issues in close collaboration with Production, Logistics, EHS and QC department. Support with lab work & reporting as required.
• Challenge processes about relevant Responsible Care (RC) Codes and develop ideas for improvements.
• Support Safety Studies and Risk Analyses.

Customer complaint resolution in close collaboration with Quality Manager (QM) and contact with Product Management
Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in chemical engineering or other related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Process Development or Production in chemical manufacturing plants
• Knowledgeable in process engineering software systems (Elementary Autocad & SmartPlant P&ID) and SAP will be an added advantage
