We are seeking a reliable and experienced procurement professional to support tender management, supplier engagement, contract coordination, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement and tender processes, including sourcing, documentation, evaluation coordination, and submission
Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders and vendors
Prepare procurement reports, analyses, and documentation
Support training material development and process updates
Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Assist in contract management and vendor performance monitoring
Provide backup support for team members during peak periods or absences
Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving overall operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
At least 3 years of procurement or tender coordination experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong sense of accountability and reliability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Other Attributes
Experience working in regulated procurement environments
Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Problem-solving mindset with initiative
Ability to mentor junior staff over time
