Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our producer in both pre-production and post-production tasks. The ideal candidate should have a background in Media or Mass Communication and a passion for content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the producer throughout all stages of production, including planning, scheduling, and post-editing processes Perform editing using Jianying, or other editing software Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely project delivery Coordinate daily production activities, including liaising with editors and crew Communicate effectively with both the internal production team and external clients to ensure all creative outputs meet expectations Utilize editing tools such as CapCut and other video editing software to assist with basic editing tasks when needed Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple projects simultaneously Work proactively as a team player in a fast-paced environment Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to facilitate communication with clients and collaborators
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Media, Mass Communication, or a related field Experience with video editing tools is a strong advantage
