Participate in the testing and implementation of system-related initiatives and enhancements.
Manage and address first-line customers issues, complaints and inquiries within the stipulated service level agreement (SLA) timelines.
Collaborate closely with operations team on manual processing and adjustments of transactions.
Initiate process and customer journey improvements for unsecured loan products.
Propose and execute campaigns for unsecured loans products and services.
Draft marketing content, terms & conditions and messaging related to unsecured loan products.
Work closely with the tech team to identify system-related issues and explore solutions.
Support regular reporting, ad hoc tasks and administrative matters.
Collaborate with support units to study and analyze data related to UL products.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferably 2 years of experience in consumer banking or a related industry.
Prior experience in handling loan product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle, is a plus.
Self-driven and able to work independently under tight timelines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
Well verse in Microsoft office productivity applications.
Capable of managing and working with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to work overtime during system testing and implementation phases.
