Talent:

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree
• Minimally 1 year experience in product management. Prior background in consumer banking or related industry is a strong advantage
• Preferably prior experience in handling loans product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle
• Self-driven and able to work independently under timeline pressure
• Good communication skills and strong team player
• Able to manage and work with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management and planning to drive the growth of Mass Market cards business and overall market share.
• Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns to meet business objectives (includes acquisition & activation of new cards, card billings and portfolio activities to drive market growth, and overall product profitability.
• Handle the fulfilment of loyalty programmes and campaigns where necessary, e.g. requesting reports from systems, verifying accuracy of records within the report, preparing files for crediting, etc.
• Play an active role in the departments systems migration project, assist in collating business requirements, testing, etc. (will require working outside of regular office hours for testing)
