Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.
Overview:

• We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to support our Product Management team in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical products that meet customer needs and business goals.
• This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about product development, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Assist in gathering and analysing customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to support product strategy
• Work closely with Product Manager to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
• Support product roadmap development
• Help track product performance metrics and generate reports for stakeholder review
• Assist in designing and production of marketing materials, coordinating and supporting execution of events
• Maintain documentation and knowledge bases related to the product

• Bachelors degree in Business, Biomedicine, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in product management of pharmaceutical and / or diagnostic products, preferably across a broad portfolio
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skill
