Job Description


$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

  • Supervise assigned staff and assure that all stamping machines & equipment are properly set up to produce quality parts at required efficiency.
  • Lead production and maintenance team in problem solving, identifying of problems, analysis of root cause, ensure proper setting up and handling of tools incurring minimum down time.
  • Coordinate with the various teams, tool maintenance, quality and planning on the progress to ensure effective production and achieve on time delivery.
  • Work closely with Quality Department in maintaining the standard of quality to comply with standards and customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
  • Lead and drive Continuous Process Improvement for production in machine uptime and runtime efficiency to ensure OEE Performance target is met & yield improvement.
  • Lead the production & maintenance team in meeting company production KPI.
  • Manage, motivate, cross-train and develop a team of capable machine setters & production personnel.
  • Ensure and enforce Safety & Health for the employees.
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in Metal Stamping, Tooling Technology and Manufacturing Processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
