Manage data reports, analyze and provide data to improve operational performance to include OEE, process reliability and labor optimization.
Communicate directly with USDA official in maintaining proper product handling and sanitation procedures and requirements.
Participate in Kaizen process to develop a new detergent dispensing station to improve safety, ergonomics and to save money.
Create work instruction and visual aids for manufacturing in compliance with ISO standards.
Train in ISO 9000 and participate in the conversation, implementation, and maintenance of an ISO certifications plant wide.
Implement QC processes to prevent data corruption.
Report QC production progress to senior level management.
Present data in weekly stand up meetings to include KPI's and business objectives.
Participate in a Kaizen event that reduce factory downtime associate with chassis changeovers.
