Assistant Production Supervisor
Job Description
- Assist production in day-to-day activities including butchering, skewering, marinating, packing and kitchen work (Halal Meat Processing Environment) - Ensure overall daily production targets are me - Assist production in day-to-day activities including butchering, skewering, marinating, packing and kitchen work (Halal Meat Processing Environment) - Ensure overall daily production targets are met. - Plan and Co-ordinate production and manpower schedule. - Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of premises. - Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and complied. - Track inventory and do regular stock checks. - Serve customers and cashiering duties - Dispatch goods to driver - Ensure ISO documentations are properly filled and submitted - Organising packing for next day orders (Peak period requires advance planning) - Provide coaching/training to new staffs - Execute any ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: - Able to start work early during peak periods (i.e. 4am) - Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (Overtime may be required) - 6 days work week (Off on weekday) - Must be physically fit - Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills - Able to work at East Area (Bedok North)
