The collection of these business-related programmes provides a rich platform for cross-fertilization of thoughts for faculty and students. The faculty for these programmes comprises academic with PhD and experienced senior practitioners with professional and postgraduate qualifications. The combination of experienced academics and practitioners creates a rich platform for applied learning pedagogy. In applied learning, students are given real-life knowledge and working examples to enhance the relevance of their learning. In addition, the blend of experienced academics and practitioners also enhance our relevance to the industry by conducting applied research which is of direct applications and usefulness to the industry. We have a model of business education which is student and industry centric with the ultimate goal that the training will be relevant to the industry.We currently have positions available at all levels from Assistant Professor to Full Professor in the following areas:

• Financial Accounting (Intermediate and Advanced levels),
• Taxation

Successful candidates will join the BCD Cluster as faculty of a team of accomplished experts who are passionate about higher education and deeply involved with industry transformation through applied research programmes.Faculty in the BCD Cluster undertake funded industry-relevant research, teach courses in Accountancy, Air Transport Management, Digital Communications & Integrated Media and Hospitality Business as well as supervise industry masters and doctorate students in relevant topics. They are also provided paid leave to undertake consultancy work with industry and/or spend time attached with industry.We will prioritise collegial and team-spirited candidates with either (a) an earned Ph.D. or equivalent from a reputable university with specialisation in any of the above-mentioned areas and some relevant work experience, OR (b) extensive industry experience with demonstrated strong technical expertise in the above-mentioned areas.Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled.
