Job Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the followings:

• Manage day-to-day data center operations including all of the MEP equipment (PDU, Chiller/Cooling Tower, CRAC, UPS, STS, Genset, DRUPS) repair and maintenance, change control process, procurement, accounting & budgeting related issue \xe2\x80\xa6etc.

• Supervise and liaise with external vendors in respect of regular communications and ad-hoc work, and respond to issues that arise.

• Manages specifications, problems/issues, performance, and administration.

• Prepare Management reports, SOP/EOP, Critical activities planning such as Power down & Pull-the-Plug test, Emergency / Disaster Recovery plans / Business Continuity Plans \xe2\x80\xa6etc.

• Project handovers in IDC such as cabling projects and network equipment installation projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, communication, budget management, team management, quality control\xe2\x80\xa6etc.
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Management / Facilities, Mechanical, Electrical Building Services Engineering, or communication engineering.

• 2 years+ relevant experience in Data Centre project management.

• Familiar with critical facilities including Chiller/Cooling Tower, CRAC, UPS, STS, Genset \xe2\x80\xa6 etc.

• Familiar with the comprehensive cabling project and network equipment installation project, candidates with HCNP or PMP certification are preferred.

• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the local and international teams within the company.

• Demonstrated ability to work and learn independently, with guidance and direction from manager.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Provide 7 x 24 Emergency service
