Job Description

• Position: Assistant Project Engineer
• Location: Geylang East
• Working hours: 5 days (Mon- Fri , 9.00am-6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3700 Basic + AWS + Performance bonus + 14 days AL
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering firm

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions.
• Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and co-ordinate sub-contract works.
• Update Library data, products & Company Profile bi-weekly.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project.
• Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.
• Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements; preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.
• Assist in preparation of Operation and Maintenance manual once project is handover to client within two week time.
• Assist on Tender exercises and Pre-con survey and update of As-Built drawing on site.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management(Able to handle Projects ), A&A works, M&E services, As-Built drawing, site supervision and coordination, compliances, and regulations.
• Knowledge/Related Experience in ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection System, Plumbing and Sanitary Services, and installation of M&E Services on site
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business
