Job Description
Job Scope:
-
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, specifications, and correspondence. -
Prepare regular progress reports and update project documentation as needed. -
Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project activities. -
Communicate project objectives, requirements, and updates to relevant stakeholders. -
Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection and negotiation. -
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. -
Maintain project databases and ensure information accuracy. -
Assist in training team members on project management tools. -
Collaborate with project engineers, managers, and other team members.
Job Requirement:

At least Diploma in Engineering field. -
