Job Responsibility
\xc2\xb7 Providing pre and post sales and service support to customers to meet the objectives of the department
\xc2\xb7 To coordinate the activities of fellow service engineers and technicians with respect to attending service calls and issue resolution
\xc2\xb7 Systematically troubleshoot and repair of equipment in a timely manner
\xc2\xb7 Recommend proper usage, maintenance and corrective actions to customers
\xc2\xb7 Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for contractual customers
\xc2\xb7 Support Projects and A&A works as required by the management.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper filing of service, warranty records and installation base
\xc2\xb7 Train and guide assistant service engineers and technicians on technical issues.
\xc2\xb7 To be the point of contact for management for updates on issue resolution and team activities coordination
\xc2\xb7 Help meet department\'s financial goals by recommending upgrades/spares to customers as deemed necessary
\xc2\xb7 Help meet department\'s productivity targets by reducing costs and improve productivity.
\xc2\xb7 Quoting of service pricing for repair
