GCE O level
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Familiar with ISO 9001 is preferable
Independent with good time management skills and the ability to
work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
Ensure client's requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure
Scan and upload documents in the 'Project Team' Sharepoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible
Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
Securely backup all documentation
* Carry out administrative duties as and when required
