Are you a PM with a knack for overseeing site-based corporate real estate projects? We\'re seeking a PM with excellent communication skills and great stakeholder engagement to take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing projects for our international client based in Singapore.About the Role:As a site-based PM, overseeing workplace projects, you will be responsible for delivery compliance, safety, and operational excellence. Your duties will include:Monitoring and managing day-to-day project operations, setting short and long-term targets, overseeing daily activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, maintaining financial controls, and coordinating stakeholders and subcontractorsDeveloping work schedules to meet program deadlines efficientlyCollaborating with consultants and subcontractors, providing weekly reports on safety, quality, time, and cost issues, and handling administration responsibilities based on project size and complexityAddressing technical difficulties and other challenges, communicating effectively with senior management, and providing solutions and contingencies for technical problems as they ariseEnsuring compliance with all statutory requirements, regulations, codes of practice, and company safety rules and regulationsRequirements

• Experience managing site-based CRE projects, with a strong focus on planning, coordination, and execution

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and subcontractors

• Proficiency in resolving technical issues and providing concise and confident communication to senior management

• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards

• Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical & Electrical Engineering/Architecture

• Work experience as a Project Manager in building construction / interior fit out in Singapore
