Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising scaffolding projects. Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements. Liaise with clients, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards on site. Handle documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports. Support in resolving on-site issues and ensuring timely completion of works. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for equipment and material delivery. Ensure all scaffolding works comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in scaffolding or construction project coordination. Knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety standards, and site operations. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Able to work at construction sites and handle multiple projects.
