Assistant Project Manager, Facilities Development

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you are responsible for the feasibility study, project planning, execution, coordination and implementation of the infrastructure, development, and improvement projects of the Hospital.
You will develop conceptual proposal layout, carry out budget estimate, prepare tender, recommend award, providing site supervision and coordination works with all concerned parties as well as approving authorities from inception to handover stage.
Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Architectural Studies/ Interior Design with at least 2 years' relevant work experience; or
  • Diploma in Architectural Studies/Interior Design with at least 8 years' relevant work experience;
  • Competency in AutoCAD;
  • Able to organise, prioritise and schedule work assignments independently and effectively;
  • Experience in designing healthcare facilities and proven track record of good project management skills will be an advantage; and
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
