Job Description

JOB PURPOSE



The role is primarily responsible for the overall planning, co-ordination and supervision of renovation and fitting out projects within an established timeline and budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with internal stake holders to ensure project success Prepare layout plans and develop construction drawings Work with consultants and contractors to obtain necessary authority approvals Liaise with vendors/suppliers and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects Create work schedule and supervise project closely and take corrective actions to ensure contractors carried out works conform to specifications, quality, budget and project timeline while adhering to safety code Conduct regular site meetings and report on project progress Identify new contractors and evaluate existing contractors to ensure quality and compliance with company's standards Other duties as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Diploma or Degree in Building /Electrical/Mechanical Services At least 5 years of project management experience in construction / renovation projects AutoCAD knowledge is a must Experience in residential and commercial interior renovation Possess good interpersonal and communication skills Singaporeans only
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
