COMPANY OVERVIEW
One of the largest global conglomerates\' system integrator is looking for an Assistant Project Manager (Japanese-speaking) to support Infrastructure and ICT projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver network implementation and remediation projects to meet demands.
• Coordinating Engineering Team information and activities with other IT members
• Assessing business and applications requirements for corporate data and voice networks
• Planning, designing, and upgrading network installation projects
• Participate in the development and enforcement of infrastructure standards and policies related to WAN and LAN technologies
• Monitor internal and external compliance with the company\'s information security policies and procedures.
• Identify non-compliant practices and assist with remediation
• Conceive, document, and implement network policies and procedures
• Provide internal consultation, training, and documentation services to applicable parties as required
• Provide status reports to the Manager/Team Leader as required
• Perform other relevant functions and tasks as assigned
• Perform Audit task to respective group company
• Perform IT Health check to respective group companies
• Perform IT Self-Assessment support to respective group companies
• Support Bank business opportunities and he/she can work at Changi area
• Necessary travel required to support security initiatives, systems, incidents, and projects
• Work closely with team members for related projects deadlines
• Monitoring and reviewing own performance to achieve targets and dead-line

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant field.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure/ network implementation work.
• Comprehensive understanding of system or NW infrastructure.

• Project Management skill is mandatory
• Japanese language proficiency in order to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Have proven architecture modeling skills and experience in infrastructure design and management.
• Have good understanding of the infrastructure architecture standards.
• Certification in ITIL and project management will be advantageous.
• Have knowledge on networking, data center design, database management and information security.
• Have ability to work effectively with diverse teams within and outside the organization including multiple third-party vendors.

• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
• A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and flexible when necessary.
