What You'll Be Doing
Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of landscape projects from start to completion.
Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation.
Prepare and update project documents such as RFIs, variation orders, progress claims, and final reports.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and procurement scheduling.
Ensure all works comply with environmental, safety, and quality regulations.
Participate in tender preparation and other project-related administrative support.
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in landscape or construction project coordination.
Strong understanding of landscape construction, horticultural practices, and on-site management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project or AutoCAD is preferred.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Risk Assessment Management Level 2 certification and a valid Class 3 driving licence will be advantageous.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
