Company Background:
Aurex Group has been approached by an International Project Management Company for a(n) (Assistant) Project Manager with experience on workplace projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
- Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, procurement, and risk identification.
- Manage and monitor technical, safety, environmental and contractual aspects of projects under construction.
- Coordinate with internal parties on planning issues and feasibility studies.
- Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor degree of Project Management/ Engineering/ architectural or other related disciplines
- 4-5+ years minimum project management experience
- Experienced in office fit-out projects
- Professional and responsible mindset
