KING HUP CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD(a subsidiary of Kingston Property Maintenance Services Pte Ltd) PROJECT MANAGER / ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER:
Provide overall directions in setting time, cost and quality standards.
Handle project schedule and technical matters.
Able to work with subcontractors/ suppliers and ensure their works are within the schedule.
Liaise with the project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for a project progress update and monitoring of quality.
Liaise with the relevant authorities to meet permits and licensing requirements.
Manage site progress and timely delivery of the project.
Manage cost control and project quality compliance.
Ensure that Work Safety and Health practices are duly carried out.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building / Construction Management, or any other discipline related to Building Construction.
At least 3 years of experience in the building construction field. Preferably with carpentry/cabinetry experience in Private Residential projects.
Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented client relationship and people.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
