Candidates with Degree in Project Management or equivalent, Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or Architect background may also apply. Good to have 5 years relevant experience Excellent leadership skill Excellent problem solving skills Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and result-oriented Organised and detailed with follow-up ability (Candidates should be ready to demonstrate the above job requirements and cite concrete examples during the interview)





Job Responsibilities



Developer lead for assigned project Lead Project Consultants (external) and RTO (internal) Ensure project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality Oversee construction activities on site and any Changes to Works Check Shop Drawings to ensure design can be carried out in an effective manner Liaise with relevant authorities on approvals and compliance matters
Final Assessment of Contractor Monthly Progress Payments

Complete within planned schedule Complete within budget * Complete with target construction quality score
