Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing ACMV projects from start to completion. Monitor site activities to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare project schedules, method statements, progress reports, and claims. Assist in procurement, material delivery tracking, and cost control. Supervise site teams and resolve technical/coordination issues. Support testing, commissioning, and project handover processes.



Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline. 2-3 years of relevant experience in ACMV / M&E construction projects is preferred. Good knowledge of ACMV systems, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team. * Knowledge in BIM, Auto CAD, Revit and Navis works software.
