Job Decription:
To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act. To report and take instruction from the Project SO / C&S / M&E QP. To carry out regular inspection ensuring that the architectural, C&S and M&E works are constructed in accordance with the approved construction drawings and specifications, and the Building Control Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act and other applied regulations. To study the respective construction drawings, comment on sub-con developed shopdrawings and material submissions and collate with the respective resident staffs on the site co-ordination matters for QP, PE and Consultants resolution in construction. To perform ERSS submission & BIM drawings for consultant's approval. To check construction BQ given by site QS to follow up. To monitor, assess and report on contractor's programme and progress of works.
Job Requirement:
Experience in Civil Engineer & Earthwork Project Strong knowledge of Architectural / C&S/ M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices Ability to use Autocad, Microsoft Project Programming and Management Software and related software Possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering from a University recognized by Institution of Engineers Singapore / BCA At least 7 years' site working experience in Singapore Familiar with HDB, PUB & LTA specification * 6 days work
