Job Description

Lead the project team with project director and project manager for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule. Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting work Lead site engineers and foremans to complete structural and external works promptly Lead coordination of deliverables with other disciplines. Plan, prepare and arrange for inspections with RE & RTO Raises notices and prepares EOT with Project Director & Project Manager Raises notices on VO Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report. Conduct regular site safety meeting and to implement safe site working condition and environment control measures. Direct consultation with authorities and internal team for meeting local authority requirements. Forward procurement schedule to HQ within 3months contractcommencement. Documents the project with "as built" drawings, as required. * Promptly reports issues to management.
