Responsibile for manpower and progress reporting on daily and weekly basis
Check and supervise daily site activities to identify defects and/or quality standards
To develop detailed construction schedule to track and manage projects
Compliance to QEHS - Perform risk management to minimize project risks
To ensure all projects are delivered on-time, to the a high quality of standard, within scope and budget
To pre-empt potential issues and highlight to Directors, Clients and all Stakeholders
Maintain constant communications between Directors, Clients, all Stakeholders and/or Sub-Contractors
Attend site meeting and inspections
Provide prompt follow-ups following with meetings and inspections.
Provide timely status update to Management
Adhoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
Minimum Diploma Holders.
Degree in Construction Management, Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering, Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Degree in Architecture or related fields
Proven proficiency in Project management
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Project / Construction environment
Proficient in use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Project (proficiency in Autocad is an added advantage)
Personal Traits
Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and have excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly independent and able to work in fast-paced environment
Billingual (English and Chinese) would have added advantage
Remuneration
$2,800 to $4,800 commensurate with work experience and education
Working Hours
5.5 Day Work Week
Monday to Friday 830am to 6pm
Saturday 830am to 1230pm
