Job Description

: Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects. Responsible for leading a team, provide guidance, training or coaching to the team members Responsible for project budget management, make sure that the project gets done without excessive spending and master the art of cost efficiency. Responsible for evaluating team members' efficiency and effectiveness. Identify shortcomings and plan for ways to fix similar issues in the future. To build teamwork among project team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Plan and schedule project timelines. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. Ad hoc assignments.Requirements: Minimum Degree in Engineering (Civil) Minimum 5 years experience Solid computer skills, an excellent negotiator, organizer, and a team builder Portray a professional image, while displaying a high level of integrity and professionalism when representing the company to all project related parties Energetic, self motivated, good problem solving skills. Willing to learn, positive and good attitude.
