Due to a strong portfolio of civil infrastructure projects, we have Assistant Project Manager (entry level) opportunities available.

(Key Responsibilities):

This is an entry-level role to include the management of design, budget, schedules, quality and personnel, as the Client\xe2\x80\x99s integrated project execution team working primarily on-site at construction projects across Singapore.

Other responsibilities:

  • To assist the Project Manager(s) in day-today management of the contract;
  • To advise the PM(s) on site quality and safety issues;
  • To determine any non-conformances on works;
  • To liaise with the Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly;
  • To ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable timeframe;
  • To ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety;
  • To provide feedback to the PM(s) on quality and safety matters and suggests quality improvement measures for implementation on site;
  • To supervise the installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation;
  • To lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site
  • To assist in the operating of the PMCC
  • Other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
  • Bachelors Degree in Project & Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, Construction Management or similar
  • Experience in a project / construction environment would be an advantage (including internship experience)
  • Proficiency in relevant software programmes for planning and project work is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and communication skill
