Responsibilities:

To assist PM to plan the overall project including the control of subcontractors on Structural, Architectural and M&E works.

To manage jointly with the PM on the construction team of Civil, Structural, Architectural, M&E and Safety Officer.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or its equivalent

At least 5 years of working experience as a Senior Site Engineer or Assistant Project Manager

Strong skill and ability to handle subcontractors and ability to manage and create team spirit among the construction team
