Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project activities and communications.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors .
• Help manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, taking and distributing minutes as required
• Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
• Support quality control processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Contribute to the development of project management best practices and procedures
• Assist in the closeout process for completed projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in project management or construction-related roles Knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry standards
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment LEED accreditation or familiarity with sustainable building practices (preferred)
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
