Responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing projects to achieve specific goals within defined constraints like budget, time, and scope. They lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.

Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership: Motivating, guiding, and coordinating project team members.

Stakeholder Management: Communicating with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.

Quality Control: Ensuring projects meet required standards and deliverables.

Budget Management: Managing project costs and staying within budget constraints.

Time Management: Ensuring projects are completed on time and according to schedule.

Scope Management: Clearly defining project scope and ensuring it remains within defined boundaries.

Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Reporting: Tracking project progress, preparing reports, and communicating with management.

Performance Evaluation: Assessing project team performance and providing feedback.

Job Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of related project handling experience in Electrical System/Conditioning Monitoring System

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat is required

Ability to travel multiple locations on a project basis

Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.

Ability to handle multiple projects

Must possess good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills

Good team player with ability to work independently

Possess a class 3 driving license is an advantage

Basic knowledge in mechanical/ electrical aspect of Power Systems will be preferred
