We are actively hiring and looking for talents to join us.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking for an ambitious and energetic Assistant Project Manager to work with our experienced team to provide successful delivery of the various projects. You will be working alongside Project Manager to assist in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have independence and time management, clear communication skills and will collaborate with multiple parties to execute our projects.JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
• Able to understand drawings and Calculation of Site Materials
• Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs.
• Manage issues on site and resolve them
• Report to Project team on site matters and progress of work
• Attend to Site Meetings
• Compliance to safe work procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min 3 years experience in building and construction.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook and G Suite.
• Good working knowledge of use of virtual meeting tools (e.g. zoom, google meet, teams and other tech tools to get work done remotely and securely)
• The ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic
• Customer-oriented and able to work well with people at all levels.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per monthSchedule:

• Day shift
