Job Description
Job Summary:
- working days: 5.5 days - Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturday - 2 Saturday in a month)
- working time: 8am to 5.30pm (but very flexible as this cdd need to go to site.. will share during interview)
- location: Ubi Road (very convenient alight at Paya Lebar MRT or Tai Seng MRT station)
- Conduct site visit to prepare quotations (i.e. using SOR rates), develop project schedule.
- Prepare risk assessment plan and method of statement, safe work procedures as per authority's guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that all works are completed as per agreed project scope. To follow through with delivery order endorsed by client.
- Manage project team, site works, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
- Min 3 year experience in project management in Construction / facility field.
- Knowledgeable in project processes and procedures, health & safety legislation and SOR rates.
- Preferably to have Bizsafe level 2 certification.
