Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
to lead this exciting development from end to end.Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of residential development. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery Monitor site progress, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Lead project meetings, report progress, and address any issues or delays Manage and mentor site/project teams to ensure high performance and morale
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field Proven experience managing Private or Public Residential, mix development or commerical office building projects in Singapore
