• To act as clients project manager to lead the design processes, AE procurement, GC package buyout.
• To ensure that the effective liaison between client, stakeholders to vendors and contractors and keep project timeline and cost within budget.
• Knowledge and familiar with advance manufacturing technical background and processes.
• Familiar with Singapore construction industry practices, authority regulation, submission processes, trade partners, supply chains
• Act as client project manager on all coordination matters
• Single point of contact (SPOC) between GC, stakeholders and internal coordination
• Set up tools, template and meetings
• Produce detailed programme schedule
• Prepare contract documents and manage the tender process for design and build contract
• Prepare weekly report, monthly reporting as required by client

Qualifications

• Degree in PM, MEP construction or engineering
• Advance manufacturing or semiconductor relevant experience is a plus
• Client project manager, construction manager position prior experience
• Must be able to lead the project and drive outcome
• Knowledge of authority regulations and submission requirement is a plus
• Be methodically organized and able to manage stakeholders
