Roles & Responsibilities \xc2\xa7 Candidate is the in charge of the overall supervision an entire organization \xc2\xa7 Candidate must be able to oversee every section of the company \xc2\xa7 must be able to make decisions, sometimes quickly, based on available information \xc2\xa7 should be able to convey complex thoughts and processes clearly and concisely \xc2\xa7 Also, able to build a diverse team with different talents and personalities \xc2\xa7 Able to work independently and supervise construction work on site. \xc2\xa7 Assist site supervisor with daily operation and control workers. \xc2\xa7 Liaising with main contractor for coordination work and paper works. \xc2\xa7 Conduct safety tool box meeting daily and weekly. \xc2\xa7 Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress and company own workers. \xc2\xa7 Report to Project Director / site Manager. \xc2\xa7 Any other duties as assigned by the Project Director / site Manager. Job Requirements \xc2\xa7 Degree / Diploma or Related over all 5 plus years \xe2\x80\x98experience is added advantage \xc2\xa7 Independent and able to work under tight deadlines \xc2\xa7 Willing to work within opening hours especially shift basis whenever require. \xc2\xa7 Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. \xc2\xa7 Positive attitude & willingness to equip & encourage co-workers and subordinates
