Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Coordinate and work with other departments and vendors as well as relevant authorities.
- Plan and launch public relations programs such as preparing circulars, letters, and notices.
- Conduct a survey on the condition of flats, spalling concrete ceiling leakage, etc. as well as take measurements.
- Plan and coordinate works to be carried out within the flats timely.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints on the projects as well as follow up on actions to resolve it.
- Work closely and ensure smooth operation procedures during upgrading work between the relevant parties such as residents, contractors, consultants, and authorities, as well as take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities.
- Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meetings, as and when directed by the SO Representative.
- Show, explain, and demonstrate to residents the location and purpose of Enhancement For Active Senior (EASE) retrofits provisions.
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
