Permanent position
:
Local and Japan raw material purchasing that includes negotiation, unit price master updating and materials delivery expediting..
Monitors inventory status for Tooling Division and make necessary adjustment to either by coordinating delivery or material conversion.
Arrange and coordinate import cargo clearance.
Monitor and maintain record of overseas deliveries and their invoice acceptance.
Issue additional purchase for order maintenance and replacement order for non-conforming products.
Updating of unit price master for Tooling Division's Japan purchase parts.
Control & issuing of drawing (digital) to relevant parties
Manage purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices that include sorting, matching and filing.
Printing of purchase from production system, faxing and filing.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
