Job Purpose



Assist the QA/QC Manager in managing quality control and assurance activities, ensuring effective implementation of quality systems across projects.





Key Responsibilities



Support the QA/QC Manager in developing and maintaining the QMS. Oversee and monitor project quality activities, ensuring alignment with ITPs and quality plans. Coordinate inspections, testing, and reporting with site teams and clients. Assist in managing NCRs and corrective action processes. Support quality audits and preparation of audit documentation. Mentor and guide QA/QC Engineers and Supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience



Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Quality Management. 7+ years of QA/QC experience in EPC/EPCM or construction, with some supervisory/leadership experience.

Core Competencies



Strong technical knowledge of QA/QC procedures. Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills. * Ability to resolve quality issues efficiently.
