Job Description


  • Assist Manager to lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims with client/consultants and subcontractors
  • Prepare Extension of Time and prolongation costs claims
  • Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
  • Assist to oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variations claim
  • Work closely with the project team and oversee the quantity surveying team in the analysis, evaluation and negotiations of quotations, to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract
  • Any other duties that may be assigned
