• Position Title: Assistant Quality Engineer
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary Up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and supplier audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in product and certification audits.
• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, and document control.
• Analyze test reports and collaborate with relevant teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Address potential quality issues and work with cross-functional team members to implement follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the relevant team to investigate root causes, develop Corrective and Preventive Actions for non-conformance or procedural failures.
• Support the preparation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
• Formulate QC checklists, inspections, and procedures related to QA/QC.
• Compile monthly reports to track quality and compliance performance.
• Maintain documentation related to certifications.
• Assist the QA/QC department in areas of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) by participating in hazard assessments, incident investigations, and risk assessments when necessary.
• To support and engage in other activities or new project development as and when required

• Min Diploma in Engineering or other relevant fields
• More than 2 years\' experience in QA/QC and audits
• Independent and self-motivated
