Job Highlights

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation
Responsible to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation
Responsible for taking off quantity for both tender & ongoing projects
Responsible for promptly submission of progress claims and reports
Responsible for maintenance of proper documentation
To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project matters.
Other Quantity Surveyor duties as assigned
Attend site recce (if necessary)

Job Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent
Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required( preferably with LTA Projects)
Team player
Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD etc
Self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision
