The
Assistant Radar Operations Manager
oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of radar system maintenance to ensure system readiness and performance. This role involves managing personnel, maintaining radar equipment, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and analysing system data for performance improvements. The manager serves as a liaison between maintenance teams, management, and external customers, ensuring radar capabilities align with the KPI set. Strong leadership, technical expertise in radar systems, and effective communication are key to success in this role.
Be Part of Our Success
Liaise with customers for preventive and corrective maintenance activities on sites for Radar System
Response to customers' requirements
Manage a team of engineers doing maintenance work.
Ensure maintenance tasks within the committed TAT, Ops availability and good quality
Provide monthly reports on time and conduct monthly meetings.
Qualities We Value
Knowledge in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Experience in providing maintenance service
Able to perform 24/7 standby and able to work out field on site
Require lifting heavy loads and work at height
Good team player and yet able to work independently.
Valid Class 3 driving license would be advantageous
Singaporean only
