Job Description


You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the National Tobacco Control Programme to help lower the smoking prevalence rates in Singapore. You will be tasked with managing the administrative and strategy functions of the branch.You will support the Director and Senior Assistant Director in the administrative and strategy functions of the Branch. As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities include:

  • In charge of day to day administrative functions, which include assets and facilities management, procurement of office and pantry supplies, document management and disposal matters, off-site storage, mail/courier services etc.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor due dates for cases and supervise the preparation and issuance of notices or correspondences,
  • Responsible for the organisation of meetings and events, such as scheduling and preparations of meetings, and preparation of dashboards
  • Manage performance of outsourced customer service contractor
  • Perform other tasks and activities in support of smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the branch
Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Well organized, resourceful, and meticulous
  • Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Supervisory experience will be advantageous
