The Opportunity

Our client, a leading global private bank, is seeking a high-caliber and detail-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to join their top-performing North Asia Private Banking cluster (servicing Greater China and select regional UHNW/HNW clientele). This critical role is the operational and client-servicing backbone for our Relationship Managers, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.


This position is ideal for a professional committed to a long-term career path in Private Banking client service. You will gain intensive exposure to complex, cross-border wealth solutions and the highly regulated environment of a top-tier private banking franchise, becoming a key subject matter expert on process and client maintenance.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support, sales assistant, or client service role within Private Banking or Wealth Management. CACS Certifications Demonstrated understanding of financial products, investment trade cycles, and private banking operations. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks under pressure. Strong work ethic, integrity, and discretion required when handling sensitive client information. Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively service the North Asia clientele; Cantonese is a significant advantage. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
