About the job: If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us...The incumbent plays a critical role in building a strong relationship with our high net worth clients.Summary: Support Private Wealth Management Relationship Manager(s) in providing client service and ensuring that all KYCs (Know Your Customers) and documentation relating to Private Wealth Management transactions are in order and in accordance to Compliance guidelines.Responsibilities: Initiate and/or follow up on documentation pertaining to account opening. Liaise with clients to ensure that submitted documents are in order. Ensure efficient & prompt management of orders as well as execution of transactions. Collaborate and obtain information from internal stakeholders so that work can be performed promptly. Provide background information to Relationship Managers and Product Specialists to facilitate the execution of clients' transactions. Ensure compliance with the Bank's legal and compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to new team members.Requirements: . Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent. . 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience preferably in private banking. . Possess a good understanding of the digital landscape, banking products and processes. . Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. . Good stakeholder and project management skills. . Excellent interpersonal and written skills.* Job title will commensurate with work experience.
